DESY is involved in the LHC experiments ATLAS and CMS as well as in Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKb Collider. The experimental activities are very well connected with the groups in theory. In addition, there are research activities in detector and accelerator development. Furthermore, DESY has also on-site experiments, like ALPS II. All experimental activities benefit from the technical infrastructure at DESY, such as the Testbeam, the Detector Assembly Facility DAF and the laboratories of FH.
